Workgroups are used to manage assigned groups of staffers, and their locations.
Once you create your Staffers and Staffing Lead users, we can now add a workgroup.
1. Click staffing to change to the staffing role (portal selection tabs located in upper right corner).
2. Once in staffing portal, select “Workgroup set up”
Workgroup set up includes several submenu options that we will be working with. By default, you are started on the all workgroups sub menu.
3. Click Add Workgroup.
4. Add all workgroup info in the available fields:
Name, Description, Width & Length requirements, Number of staffers, Number of locations, Staffing leads, and Staffers.
Please note:
Name is the only requirement to create/add a workgroup.
The width and length is the size of the overall booth, can be metric or standard measurement.
"Number of staffers" is the staffer capacity of the booth.
Staffing locations are smaller kiosks located inside of the booths.
When creating workgroups, please assure you have no less than one staffer, per staffing location.
After you have added your workgroup the next step is to Add shifts
