Before adding a Speaker Resource, you have to specify the acceptable resource types in the settings.
Under the Admin tab, go to Event, and Resources.
You will then go to User Resource types.
You can now add the Name of the resource type that you are allowing. For example, something like “Speaker Agreement”, and click Add Resource type. Once you choose to add the resource type, the system will allow you to add a Description about this resource, as well as Allowed File Extensions. Please see the below example. Please note file extensions must be put in the format with a . proceeding the file type (example: .doc).
Click save when you have added the necessary information. This resource type will now appear in the dropdown when you are attempting to add it into Hubb.
